Volunteers will gather to assemble WAPI devices that will be distributed to overseas communities that lack access to clean drinking water. What is a WAPI? A WAPI (water pasteurization indicator) is a small reusable thermometer containing wax that melts when water has reached pasteurization temperature (150ºF), which indicates that the water is safe to drink. Our district-wide goal is to produce 1,000 WAPIs!
