We are a busy State Licensed residential construction/remodel company looking to expand our subcontractor team. We have a W2 team to support all construction/remodel efforts but are looking for competent subcontractors to support our growing business demand. We have a proven process that keeps you informed and scheduled appropriately as we understand communication is the key to everyone's success. 1 - Electrical Subcontractor/company - knowledgeable in typical residential relocations/rough ins and trim outs. Typically involves kitchen relocations 2 - Plumbing Subcontractor/company - knowledgeable in typical residential relocations, rough in work, and general trim outs for kitchens/bathrooms 3 - Tile Subcontractor/company - knowledgeable in residential backsplashes, general floor coverings, and bathroom remodels that include prepitch, waterproofing, etc (can take a shower from start to finish). We are looking to hire subs that hold the following credentials: Workers Compensation policy or exemption Valid LLC (we only pay through your company unless you have a sole proprietorship) We are looking for smaller/midsize companies to build relationships with as we grow. We are not interested subs that are looking to hit "homerun" pricing in a one and done scenario. We want to develop a network that stays as busy as us, so if you are looking for long term additional work for your company please reach out.
