Description

A fun and fast paced class for kids ages 5-12 featuring hands on self defense training that kids can use TODAY! This class is open to kids between the ages of 5 and 12. All fitness and experience levels are welcome. The class runs from 11 am to 12 pm on April 23rd. Immediately following the class our demo team will be performing and there will be a bounce house and live 90's cover band. Here are the details: -Material covered will include a grab and ground defense as well as striking drills -The class is all hands on so bring a friend or family member for added fun -Wear comfortable workout clothes or a martial arts uniform if you have one -Cost is only $10 for non-students -We specialize in helping kids of all ability levels so everyone is welcome -We will be offering discounted training programs for those who are interested in additional classes
