Description

A super fun and fast paced class for guys ages 13 and up. Get a great workout, hit some bags and learn solid sparring fundamentals. This class is appropriate for all fitness and experience levels. It is perfect for guys who want to be introduced to sparring, guys who love to spar but haven't trained in a while or seasoned vets who want to work with new partners. The class will feature: -Footwork and striking drills -Drills using the pads and bags -Live sparring with a partner scaled for each student Here are the specifics: -Class is open to guys ages 13 and up -10 to 11 am on Saturday April 23rd -Cost is $10 for non-students -You can wear workout clothing or a martial arts uniform if you have one -Bring any sparring gear you may have (gloves, mouthguard etc) or you can use gear that we have
