Join us for our first "Fowler Out Loud" of the season and watch a performance by Mariachi de Uclatlán. The earliest collegiate mariachi ensemble established in the US and the world, Mariachi de Uclatlán (ETHNMUS 161K) is dedicated to the performance and preservation of Mexican music at the UCLA Herb Alpert School of Music. Under the tutelage of Grammy-winning musical director of Mariachi Los Camperos, Jesús "Chuy" Guzmán, the ensemble is widely admired for its passionate musical excellence. Fowler Out Loud: Fowler Out Loud is an evening concert series that invites UCLA students from various disciplines to perform at the museum. Support for Fowler Out Loud comes from the UCLA Office of Residential Life. All performances begin at 6PM. Galleries are open until 8PM. Entry Requirements (full details in confirmation email): 1. Guests must wear a mask that covers their nose and mouth at all times 2. Guests must bring one (1) of the following + valid photo ID -Proof of full vaccination against COVID-19 -Proof of Negative COVID test no older than 72 hours.
