Sunday of Memorial Day weekend, Polyglamorous takes over both floors at Public Works We are back at Public Works for another full house of festivities. For this edition, we are pleased to feature Leonce and Brown Amy. Leonce was born in New Orleans and is now based in Atlanta, prolifically releasing tracks that blend elements of American Urban and experimental electronica - his bandcamp is a feast, and his DJ sets are fierce. Brown Amy has been a Bay Area DJ for 11+ years spinning everything from oldie 45s to 90s house beats. They are a part of Chulita Vinyl Club collective, mentoring up and coming DJs as well as a founding member of SF’s award winning daytime dance party, Hard French. We can't wait to hear what they have in store for us. Polyglamorous residents BEYA and Mark O'Brien will also be spinning, and there are more surprises to come.
