Description
Air conditioning company looking for office assistant.
Responsibilities:
• Answering multi-phone lines.
• Call customers to schedule appointments.
• Input scheduling information and new customer data in scheduling program.
• Take accurate and complete messages.
• Speak with vendors and customers.
• File documents accurately.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2-yrs previous office experience. Air conditioning background
preferred but not required.
• Microsoft Office and Outlook experience a MUST.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Outstanding customer service skills.
• Must be punctual and on-time.
Applicant must be able to work independently, be a self-starter and willing to learn. There will be some down time in this position in the off season and applicant must be able to acclimate to the down time.
