I deleted my original post and am going to redo this. I want to reiterate that we can not and will not ship them anymore, we tried looking into it and it’s just too much work and not what is best for the birds. We have a male and female who laid a few eggs last month but they were not fertile, we have a child and several other animals and no proper setup for them to lay fertile eggs I believe. They had one successful clutch before we bought them. They are very quiet birds but know a ton of words and phrases and love music and dancing. They are very friendly once they are warmed up to new people and are not mean in any way. We aren’t asking an arm and a leg for them but they aren’t cheap birds and we’re asking a more than fair price and will include a smaller sized cage to go with them if needed as well as a wooden swing that the female absolutely loves.
