Female Sulcata Tortoise IN NEED OF A BETTER HOME

My brother gave me a tortoise they got very cheap as a baby for his son who decided he didnt want it. Back then I had a yard but as I have moved into an apartment I have been keeping her in a tank in my closet. she's not too big for her tank yet but I can't in good conscience keep her because I can't take good care of her. She is about a foot long. Her name is Morla. She is very shy as I haven't handled her much. She loves to get outside and move around. she also loves the sunlight. I am able to take her outside but haven't done so in a while because I've been busier than usual. SOMEONE PLEASE HELP THIS TORTOISE.
