The goal of this workshop is to help first time home buyers as well as seasoned buyers understand the current market. Our workshop will be on Wednesday April 27th at Pathlight Brewery 11200 W 75th St, Shawnee, KS 66214 at 6:30 pm. The workshop will be hosted by Cathy Smith and Tasha Morant. We will have a lender there to walk you through the financial part of the process and answer any questions you have about Loan products. Both Cathy Smith and Tasha Morant are licensed real estate agents in the Kansas (both) and Missouri (Cathy, only) with Keller Williams Realty, Diamond Partners, Inc. Tasha Morant also works with Ad Astra Realty, Inc, primarily a property management company. Ad Astra Realty is company both owned and ran by realtors. We hope to see you there.
