She walked away from her corporate career in the financial industry in 2019 to grow her business full-time. She’s passionate about helping women maximize their days through accountability & productivity coaching in order to start and grow their business. She helps them discover their strengths, creates action steps to accomplish their goals, holds them accountable and educates them on how they can add value to everything they do. She has a heart for volunteering at Habitat for Humanity and serving through the Action Church in Winter Park, a church she calls home. She’s a contracted business coach for organizations such as Ureeka, ASK Method, and Curantis where she helps entrepreneurs get their business off the ground and offers invaluable resources to small business owners. Jessica is also a member of the Orlando MBDA through the Enterprising Women of Color initiative, Women on the Rise and the Christian Chamber of Commerce. After developing a passion to help entrepreneurs take control of their time and mindset, Jessica created the Own It! Planner & Journal. She co-owns a full-service janitorial commercial cleaning business with her husband and business partner. Jessica resides in Winter Park, Florida with her husband and together, they are parents to three beautiful daughters ages 24, 21 & 18, plus a 4 year old pup named Coco. She holds a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in management and is an iPEC coaching student where she’s pursuing her Professional Coach, Energy Leadership Index & COR.E Dynamics Certifications.
