Private Road blocking? 🚫

Please help with any advice you send my way..... Currently living off grid on a private road. The construction company buliding a house on this private road keeps blocking the road with trucks, equipment & materials.... 3 specific times to be exact... I'm not talking something I can drive around.... IN THE MIDDLE OF A OUR MUDDY ROAD! This morning I was going to work & came across a dump truck & trailer in the middle of the road with no-one inside it.... idling for over 20 minutes while I wait.... Upon his return he told me he has a job to do & to f#@k off..... So I'm on a private road with an easement..... no other way to get out & I just have to wait??? This isn't right.... I shouldn't be 30 minutes late to work because some construction company feels their job is more important than mine??? I'm a caregiver & an elderly gentleman had to wait to get up because someone needs to move dirt? I need help with my rights???? Is this illegal???? Thankful for any advice 🙏 💓 ❤
