Remodel Bathroom

Hi, I'm looking for someone to help me remodel a bathroom at my sister's house. It's possible that the floor is sinking so we'll replace the subfloor and maybe even reinforce the structural members below. How do I even begin to estimate costs? Daily, hourly, per project or per component? Here's what we need: - Remove tub, tile, vanity, toilet, floor tile, shower fixtures. - Examine sub-floor and walls for evidence of damage or possible plumbing issues - Correct these issues if present - Install new tub, tile, floor tile, maybe subfloor and drywall or cement board - Reinstall existing toilet, new vanity, plumbing fixtures, mirror or medicine cabinet - Repaint, trim We will organize purchasing of materials and disposal of waste.
