Kelly Plumbing and Heating in Novato has an immediate opening for a heating air-conditioning ventilation helper/apprentice Our company is one of the highest rated plumbing & HVAC companies in Marin county. We are looking for a highly motivated Apprentice Technician to join our team and work in our Heating and Air-Conditioning Installation Department. Candidates for this position should meet the following qualifications: Previous hands-on skills working in the HVAC industry a must. • Minimum one-year experience in the HVAC Trade • Basic understanding and working knowledge using hand tools • High school diploma or GED • Highly presentable and clean-cut, able to communicate effectively with customers. • Highly motivated and have a great work ethic. • Clean DMV / drug-free • Have a working knowledge or understanding of construction is a plus. • Must be able to lift heavy Plumbing & Heating equipment, willing and able to work in tight crawlspaces, attics and dirty work environments as necessary. • Candidate must be able to follow directions and work with coworkers as a team player.
