Come on a scentsory journey with us and make your own custom candle. Hosted by Daphne with The Olfaction Lab Learn about how our sense of smell works, how fragrances affect our moods, how top, middle and base notes affect your scent experience and scent theory. You will then be guided step by step through the candlemaking process. You will work with a natural wax blend (no paraffin here, only sustainable and eco friendly waxes (including coconut, soy and beeswax) and natural cotton wicks. You will get to blend your own custom scent. And you'll get creative decorating your candle with a variety of embellishments. And much more. Come spend a relaxing, zensational afternoon learning…and experiencing…candle making. Limited space available. Experience lasts about 90 minutes. *It takes 35-40 minutes for your candle to set up enough to take home. During this time you can design your own label or go and grab a bite to eat at the many eateries in the Concourse. You're welcome to bring a beverage and nibbles.
