Please help. Female 5 years old Min Stolen Mission District was at Hallidie Plaza Carls Junior. Small Dogs can travel far when scared. Homeless man stole her, she is very bonded to her owner, scared of most people, I am Search and Rescue and am volunteering my time to help her. Husband got this dog 5 years ago as a gift to owner. Husband died one month later. She is so beside herself now without her dog and knows her dog is very scared. Homeless man grabbed a what looked like a purse, but it was a dog purse. I dont care if the homeless person or someone sees her and or other homeless know of where she is Please just call. Reward for information leading to return no questions asked.
