Found dog today near E 7th st and Kennedy by the Union Point Park. Friendly and mangy. Email me. Looked online posting for names but doesn't seem to answer any of the ones that look like him. Email me the collar's design and color. Any other distinct behaviors or features would be great to single out real owner too.
