Proposal is to affect ~2.74 acres located along the southern side of Station Drive, shown within Development Area A on the Modified Master Development Plan, including modifications for the configuration of one of the two office buildings, parking, and landscaping.
The modification proposes to substitute the approved three-story 40,000 SF office building currently shown on the plan, with a five-story ~75,000 SF hotel.
Proposal also includes associated parking area and landscaping.
