Find out more at https://deniselouie.org/give/2022-auction/ To signup please fill out the signup sheet at https://secure.lglforms.com/form_engine/s/1BiZTcnIG0LKNLxYzqlZ1w Date: Saturday, June 4, 2022 Volunteer Openings & Times: Set up 3:00-5:30: -Setting up table linens (auction tables, registration, dinner), displaying/organizing silent/live/dessert auction items, etc. 5:30-6:30 PM: -Greeting attendees as they enter, checking vaccination cards, showing folks tables, COVID tests, etc. -Assist in the monitoring, encouraging bidding, directing guests on seating, and selling raffle tickets 6:30-8:00 PM: -Collect auction items for registration and help set up check out -During Raise the Paddle (10 mins), flag donors for Auctioneer -Cleaning up all the tables, chairs, assisting guests check-out, gathering uncollected items, and loading them
