PART TIME HANDYMAN INDEPENDENT CONTRACTOR WANTED in CAPE CORAL. We are a property Management Company, maintaining and renting out vacation rental homes in Lee county, we are looking for a part time handyman (retirees welcome) Job includes smaller home repairs such as plumbing, electric, painting, etc. Includes also services such as boat instruction-orientation cruise for our house boat rental guests, boat cleaning & smaller simple maintenance-repair of out board motors. (Experience with boat motor repair a plus, But NOT necessary !!. Part time morning or evening approx.20 hours or more per week.
