Refresco Forklift Operator FULL-TIME $14/hr 2090 Bartow Rd, Lakeland, FL 33801 Forklift operators are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality product in an efficient and cost-effective manner. Forklift operators are responsible for monitoring and supplying production lines with raw materials, transporting full goods, picking orders, and/or loading and unloading trucks. Duties include: - Operating a sit-down propane forklift in and between departments, buildings and grounds - Collecting and delivering a wide variety of materials while adhering to established safety procedures - Pulling pallets and placing them accordingly to be able to walk around them and check for any damage - Ensuring pallets and products are reviewed for damage; change if damaged - Delivering materials to work areas as directed; stacks materials in storage areas in and out of racks - Performing cycle counts on materials and ingredients - Attending communication meetings as required - Ensuring the work area is clean and organized before leaving premises - Follow First In First Out (FIFO) policies and procedures and ensure product is stacked accordingly - All paperwork must be in order and accurate Schedule - Shift start: 6:00PM - Shift length: 12 hours - Days: 3-4 days a week depending on rotation Benefits - Health, dental, vision insurance available after 60 days - Paid time off - 401k Requirements - Must be at least 18+ years old - Must pass drug screen (cannabis excluded) - Must pass background check - Can lift 50 lbs About Refresco We are the world’s largest independent bottler for retailers and A-brands in Europe and North America.
