AIMM provides Facility Maintenance Services on Rest Areas along Fort Pierce, FL. Facility Maintenance Services may include, but are not limited to, maintenance and repair activities associated with groundskeeping, vegetation and aesthetics, as well as litter removal. Routine Maintenance Activities may include, but are not limited to: • Landscape Area Maintenance: Weed Control, Small Machine Mowing • Tree Trimming and Removal • Litter Removal and Manual Sweeping • Miscellaneous Routine Maintenance Responsibilities: Operate tools and small equipment while performing the day-to-day activities of Field Crews, as directed. Facility Maintenance Technician Minimum Qualifications: Working knowledge of typical facility maintenance activities including operation of small machine equipment utilized in performing the activities defined in the scope of work. Ability to work outdoors and lift up to, but not limited to, 50 lbs. Must have a valid driver license and reliable transportation, while being responsible and committed to come to work on a daily basis.
