North Andover does not currently have sufficient space to meet the needs of our students or town employees. AT A MINIMUM, ALL elementary school children need to have access to a library, a gym, and a cafeteria/meeting space. In addition, this plan will bring schools in compliance with ADA and other health and safety codes.
