El Estero Boating, the paddleboat rentals on Lake El Estero across from Dennis the Menace Park near downtown Monterey, has an outdoor job available in a great environment. Weekends with flexible weekdays, appx hours are 10am-5pm. The job requires strength and bending as paddleboats are tied/untied and passengers are unloaded/loaded. The job requires cleaning of boats, equipment and area, and assistance with life jackets. Wage increases given for good job skills and great customer service. Knowledge of basic hand tools and simple mechanical repairs are an asset, also the Spanish language is helpful. Will train in mechanical/body repairs of fiberglass paddleboats if interested.
