Here are the top three stories in Buffalo today: Speed bumps have become a high priority on Millicent Ave. after a five-year-old was struck by a car earlier this week. Residents are calling for the street to be lined with speed bumps to slow drivers down after a five-year-old Ameerah Sanders was hit while crossing the street. Buffalo Common Council Member Rasheed N.C. Wyatt has flagged the street as a priority to expedite installing speed bumps. Sanders survived the wreck with minor injuries but is being monitored. (WKBW 7 News Buffalo) The Megabus is resuming service from Buffalo to Canada in May. Megabus announced that due to growing demand, services allowing Western New Yorkers to travel from Buffalo to Toronto will resume on May 11. Riders can then make connections to other Canadian cities. Tickets to Toronto start at $29.99 and can be booked now. (WKBW 7 News Buffalo)A local farm-to-table restaurant in the City of Buffalo, Black Sheep Restaurant & Bar, announced it will be closing its doors at the end of April. The restaurant cited the COVID-19 pandemic for the closure, saying it has affected the restaurant "immensely." It will close on Apr. 17 after an Easter Sunday Brunch.
