Construction To Disrupt Groton Traffic

GROTON, CT — Beginning at 7:30 a.m. Thursday, the "5 Corners intersection" in Groton will be closed due to ongoing construction. Traffic on Benham Road between George Avenue and Poquonnock Road will be limited to local traffic only. All through traffic will be re-routed to George Avenue and High Street and on to Poquonnock Road. Chicago Avenue will be limited to local traffic northbound from Forest Street to Poquonnock Road.
