SILVER SPRING, MD — A Silver Spring teenager has been missing since March 16 and Montgomery County Police is asking for the public's help to find her. Lucy Whitlock-Jones, 15, was last seen in the 9500 block of Evergreen Street. Her family is worried about her wellbeing. Lucy Whitlock-Jones (Montgomery County Police Department)She is 5-foot-3 and has brown hair with green highlights and gray eyes, Montgomery County Police said. Authorities don't know what she was wearing when she was last seen. Police are asking anyone with information to call the Montgomery County Police SVID at (240)773-5400 or the police non-emergency number at (301) 279-8000 (24-hour line), and said that callers may remain anonymous.
