East Haven police logs, March 30-April 5: April 1 Timothy John Westcott, 34, of New Haven, was charged with first-degree criminal mischief, possession of burglar tools, fifth-degree larceny and first-degree failure to appear. March 31 Jordan Rosado-Soto, 32, of New Haven, was charged with second-degree assault and second-degree breach of peace.
