The Fairfield PAL Teen Center is moving and will reopening this summer at 2250 N Texas St, Fairfield. The move provides the perfect time to access what programs and activities members and the community want from the center. Join a focus group and help us define what the center should offer. Focus groups will be held at Solano Town Center and last 60-90 minutes. Sessions will be held for teens, parents / guardians, teachers, community members and other stakeholders. The first 100 teens to participate will receive a $30 gift card to Dave & Busters, thanks to support from Kaiser Permanente. In less than 8 minutes, local teens and their families can help guide the development of the new center. The survey can be accessed on any device, from anywhere and answers / feedback are confidential. To take the survey please scan our QR Code of visit Fairfield.ca.gov/palsurvey ABOUT FAIRFIELD PAL The Fairfield PAL Program is open to Fairfield, Suisun, and Travis Students enrolled ages 13-18 who are enrolled in school. Memberships are FREE and can be applied for at the Fairfield Community Center (1000 Kentucky Street) with a current ID and parents / guardian signature. PAL uses traditional recreational programming to create an environment that draws young people to support the development of the social and emotional skills required to promote a positive self-identity and become productive and engaged members of our community. By offering teens programs they are interested in and choices, it becomes possible to slip in pro social skill building and development utilizing youth development practices and techniques.
