Press release from the Jefferson Parish Government: April 5, 2022 JEFFERSON, LA – Starting tomorrow, Wednesday, April 6, 2022, the right westbound lane of the Westbank Expressway between Eiseman Blvd. and Meyers Blvd. will be closed daily from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Motorists will merge to the two available lanes. The closure is necessary to repair a defective house connection at a cost of $15,000. Work is scheduled to be completed by Friday, April 8, 2022 at 10:00 p.m., weather permitting.
