We welcome those with a sense of community and passion for the craft industry. You must be friendly, approachable, and able to educate customers on craft beer. Staff members will pour beer in our taproom in Oswego during hours of operation and be available for scheduled off-site events in the Chicagoland area. Perform regular cleaning of taproom and restrooms with additional scheduled deep cleaning duties. Qualifications: Must be at least 21 years of age.Must have a current Basset certification or obtain Basset certification within the first 30 days.Must be familiar with draft systems. Familiarity with beer styles and brewing process preferred.Must be able to pass a criminal background check upon offer.Able to work a variety of day/evening and weekend hours based on taproom operations and off-site events.Previous bar or server experience preferably in a craft beverage environment.High school or GED equivalent required.Must have availability, days and evenings, Wednesday through Sunday Job Type: Part-time Pay: $12.00 - $50.00 per hour COVID-19 considerations:CDC guidelines are used to determine mask requirements.
