Description of the role: Seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as Field Manager and day to day point of contact for approximately 6 days between April 10th and April 16th. The job consists of local scouting, receiving a few boxes and the delivery of event materials to an activation site and working closely with the team on carrying out event logistics. The job will include 1-2 days of prep work, 1 days of activation for a minimum of 5 hours (times may vary depending on the event schedule). Weekend hours are required based on events schedule. The Field Manager will report to the Project Manager and provide regular updates. Responsibilities: - Ability to engage the public in fun interactive game and photographs. - Local knowledge and familiarity. - Strong sense of timeliness and expediency on a tight schedule. - Comfort navigating city streets. - Strong interpersonal skills and team mindset. - Ability to coordinate logistics and receive fabricated elements. - Vehicle strongly recommended - Organizing Set-up and Break-Down of Equipment - Ensuring High Level of Professionalism and Presentation - Sense of humor and outgoing personality. Project timeframe: ~6 days - 04/10 - 04/16. Flexible schedule leading up to the activation itself. Pay is $40 - 50/hour and is commensurate with experience. The brand: We are working with a beer company on a fun and interactive brand activation for Easter. Our field manager should possess the following traits: Local Market Knowledge -familiarity with local landmarks, and city in general, ability to get around efficiently Coordination -You can drive an midsize SUV and load in and load out with ease and agility People Person -You are a people person (you will be required to manage and work with and a street team of people) Problem Solver -You see challenges as opportunities and are solutions oriented.
