Installer for Window Blinds and Shades Job entails: Install blinds and shades into a variety of surfaces, drywall, wood, metal and cement. Programming remotes for motorized shades. Remove and dispose of old window treatments. Conduct repairs and fix issues in the field. Maintain and organize work van and equipment and keep in operational order. Collect balance on jobs from clients and turn in properly filled out paperwork. Leave homes clean and damage free of parts and garbage, dust free, etc.. Interact with client professionally and have a customer service attitude. ******Will train right person. Drive our vans (must have clean driving record). Individual must be mechanically inclined and familiar with tools and screw gun operation. Clean driving record required. Requirements: Needs to be organized and able to communicate well with clients. Clean and professional appearance necessary. Good attitude and ready to work for one of the areas top blinds company. Great Opportunity. Responsible for installations and repairs.
