Looking for someone to replace windows

Hi, I want to replace four windows. The windows are in the photos. I’m looking for a single hung windows. I will pay $1200 for four windows that look similar to the ones shown in the photos with argon tempered glass with tile 24 glass to reduce heat, and inner chambers in the frame. The request is for you to remove existing windows, buy and install new windows and screens. The $1200 include labor and parts. I live in McDowell Mountain Ranch community.
