STILLWATER, MN — The Stillwater Human Rights Commission is asking residents to submit nominations for its annual award. The Stillwater Human Rights Award is given to an individual, business or organization working to "build an environment that promotes fair and equal treatment for everyone," officials said. "The intent of the Stillwater Human Rights Award is to recognize worthy individuals, organizations and businesses, and support them in their efforts."
