Rehoming a male basset hound (around 2 years old), small rehoming fee. We got this dog about 2 weeks ago. He is very friendly and chill around our other dog and cat. He is not neutered. I do not have his vaccination record as the previous owner did not hand it to me. He is an outside dog and I cannot have him outside as my yard is open. He is not potty trained. As I previously stated he gets along very well with my other dog but she does not like him whatsoever and I do not want to make her uncomfortable.
