Job Opportunity:Part-time Office Manager Job Opportunity:Part-time Office Manager Looking for an administrative person who is dependable and highly organized with business maturity, discretion, and a positive attitude. Looking for a job where you can work remotely as well as in Malibu or Agoura Hills. The Cornucopia Foundation is seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented office assistant to assist both in-office and from home, to oversee the overall management of a local environmental non-profit organization. This person would be enthusiastic about performing day-to-day administrative functions as well as providing occasional support for the Malibu Farmers' Market. The office assistant serves as the primary administrative liaison between vendors and Cornucopia. A vital function of this role includes keeping up-to-date records for required vendor documents. The office assistant should also have excellent writing skills as the job requires drafting written communication on behalf of the organization, including letters, blog posts, and articles. The office assistant will conduct market research to identify new areas of growth for the organization. This position reports directly to the President and co-founder of Cornucopia Foundation and will require some executive assistant support as part of this job. Job Requirements: -ability to work 30 hours per week or more -data entry/Excel -working knowledge of all Google apps -excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and oral) -financial acumen -reliable transportation -light bookkeeping experience -must live within 45 min of areas above Preferred: -social media and marketing experience -event planning/management experience -interest in non-profit management Compensation: $25/hr Please note work is usually between Malibu and Agoura Hills but during this difficult time, we're looking for someone to work from home.
