The new Center for the Creative Arts will be home to three major programs: Preschool For The Creative Arts, The Institute For The Creative Arts, and Community Arts Connection. Dr. Rosilee Russell, Executive Director, said "We are so excited about this project! The Center for the Creative Arts is transformational for Fort Smith, the region, our state, and for arts education in the 21st century. Our children and youth need this as they prepare for life.
