The Center for Community Engagement and Learning would like to recognize some of the AMAZING work folks have done this year! We're seeking nominations for several community-engaged awards:
Community Builder Award: Awarded to a faculty, staff, student, or community member who adds to the soul of the community by his or her examples of bold leadership.Excellence in Community Engagement Award: Recognizes stellar integration of community-engaged teaching, research, & service on campus, within the community, and across the State of Alaska.Community Engaged Writing Award: Awarded to a faculty member who published an article, chapter, or book that exemplifies community-engaged scholarship. Nominations are due Tuesday, April 12, 2022, at 5 p.m. More information about these awards can be found on the CCEL website. Please direct questions to [email protected].
The winners will be announced at CCEL's Community Engagement Forum, April 15, from 2:30-4 p.m. RSVP for the Forum.
