Mastercraft Motors is a busy automotive repair center located in downtown Santa Barbara. At Mastercraft Motors, we offer paint, body, and collision repair services as well as mechanical maintenance and repair services. Mastercraft Motors offers medical insurance to full time employees at no cost, as well as paid sick time, paid vacation time, and 5 paid holidays a year. We work a Monday through Friday work schedule, so weekends are always off. We are currently looking for a shop helper. The shop helper's duties would include, but not be limited to, cleaning, washing cars, painter's helper, body repair helper, driver, and detailer. This position is immediately available and requires no experience, although experience is preferred and would earn a hiring starting pay. Entry level pay with no experience starts at $15 an hour. Experienced individuals could earn a higher starting pay, dependent on skills and experience. There is advancement potential and training available for the right individual.
