Fantastic information on City of Bradenton Community development - from SHIP program to CDBG (Community Development Block Program) Vicky White City of Bradenton’s Housing and Community Development Manager, will be speaking on grant programs. These grant programs include the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), State Housing Initiatives Partnership (SHIP), and the Hurricane Loss Mitigation Program (HLMP). The city also received CARES Act funding, which is administered through the Housing and Community Development Division.
