Moonstone Landing LLC. is looking to hire a reliable, positive, and skilled individual for our Assistant Engineering position. The main duty of this position is to assist the Head of Engineering/Maintenance on their projects around our two oceanfront hotels on Moonstone Beach Drive. The individual duties of the Assistant Engineer include but are not limited to: Tri-weekly watering on hotel grounds Bi-weekly window washing Touch up painting Light plumbing Routine maintenance checks In take of orders from vendors Collaboration with contractors and vendors working on property Travel to local hardware store and hotel storage unit in Cambria Experience in Engineering and/or Maintenance is preferred, but not required. We are willing to train the right candidate. High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. Schedule is Thursday - Monday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, or Friday - Tuesday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Part-time negotiation is possible, but would prefer a candidate seeking a full-time opportunity.
