GENERAL LABORERS NEEDED IN SCARBOROUGH, ME Description: This person will be working to repair pallets that are returning from the customers. They are then stacked and entered into a sorting machine and sent down the line to the repair team. At the repair station, candidates will review the pallets and make repairs as necessary using hand tools. They will be expected to lift 50-75lbs on a regular basis. After pallets are repaired they will flip onto a completed stack. They are expected to repair 243 pallets per day once up and running. 2nd Shift : 4:00pm-12:00pm 3rd Shift : 11:30pm-7:30pm Pay : $20 an hour to start, after 90 days you go to $22/hour and then bonuses are based of your work performance metrics (next level is $26/hour top level is $30/hour. $2500 in retention bonuses (after 180 days) If you are interested in hearing more, respond to this via EMAIL with your NAME and PHONE NUMBER.
