JOB OVERVIEW This person is responsible for water management. This person will oversee the movement of salt water through our pond systems to produce salt. RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES: • Monitoring the movement of salt water. • Perform any needed repairs or maintenance throughout the pond systems. • Complete a weekly log of various information gathered about the pond system. • Collect samples of water and salt that will be sent to a testing lab. • Various housekeeping duties: weed control, painting & chipping, clearing debris. • Safety Participation and quality management. QUALIFICATIONS: • No experience necessary; training will be provided. • Ability to perform physical job duties • Must be fluent in English. Bilingual a Plus (Spanish) • Must be able to read & write in English. • Valid California Driver’s License (if hired) • Skills/Characteristics: attention to detail, experience with hand tools a plus - but not required, willing to work with others, dependable, be on time, good communication, willing to learn, must work safely. • This is an outdoor job, and some manual labor will be required.
