Description

Meet Charlie SHE is a 3 year old Golden Retriever who turns 4 on May 5th. She is spayed, microchipped, and has rabies vaccine. She has been apart of my family since she was 6 weeks old. I am finding myself in the middle of a divorce and will be going to live with family for an undetermined amount of time and was told that I can not bring her with me. She needs rehomed to no fault of her own. I want her to go to someone who can give her the comfort and similarities of her current life so she will adjust easier. Charlie has been allowed on the couch and beds her whole life and she does like to jump up on her own or invited to lay with you. She loves dog toys and loves to carry them around. She also loves having dog beds and you can find her laying in one if she is not with you. She also loves other dogs. She is not familiar with cats. She has been raised with my daughter and is good with kids. She is 100% potty trained and uses a doggy door. If you do not have a doggy door she will cry at the door to be taken out. Although I do prefer she goes to a home with a doggy door. She is also a very submissive dog and is scared of loud noises especially fireworks and similar sounds. She is also scared of vacuum's and steam mops. Her shedding is extreme like most Golden Retrievers. All around she is a great dog, she is only being rehomed due to my circumstances. I will be very picky with who I let her go to. She is a loved family member and it’s very hard for me to do this. Please message me with what kind of life you can offer her. Will only let her go to a home with a home and yard, no apartments. I will be asking to drive her to your home to send her off and make sure she is going to a good place. There is a rehoming fee. If you can give Charlie a good life and be her forever home, I’d love to hear from you! I can be reached by text or email only
