Paran Management is seeking a FULL TIME service driven Maintenance Tech to float between Apartment Communities. Duties: General maintenance & repair Preventative maintenance Apartment Turn Overs Performing occupied maintenance work orders Trash outs Grounds upkeep Janitorial work will be required in all elements Qualified Applicants should have basic tools, general maintenance and repair skills including basic plumbing, minor electrical, painting and dry wall repair abilities. Must also be proven to work independently and with a sense of urgency. Lifting 50lbs +, climbing stairs, bending, standing, using ladders, is all functions of the job, 3 years experience required with favorable references required. This position is roving, there is a gas card and truck available to the right candidate after 30 days. Valid Drivers license is required. Most time will be spent at our Cleveland Heights Community, but will also float to our downtown location as needed, and occasionally may be asked to cover at our Fairlawn location.
