I seek a plumber I can rely on for small jobs at rental properties. I happen to have three properties that need some service. I prefer a show up fee which includes let’s say 2 hours of work and a fee for each additional hour. Can pay electronically, zell, PayPal or Venmo. Prefer someone that is licensed but not necessary. If interested give me an idea what you charge, your experience and availability and state if you hold a license. Thanks.
