Great Outdoor Job Opportunity in Woodinville! Weidner Apartment Homes is now hiring for a Groundskeeper to work at some of our retail spaces in Woodinville! If you have experience working in groundskeeping and/or landscaping, enjoy helping others and are looking for a fun, fast-paced work environment look no further we have the job for you! The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the Woodin Creek Village retail areas. Duties/ Responsibilities: Rakes the courtyard crushed granite on a weekly basis Picks up and removes trash from the retail areas including the garages Continuously wipes all surfaces which include but are not limited to, outdoor furniture in the courtyard, window sills and retail store front railings Cleans ground level retail windows on a quarterly basis Pressure washing of retail areas Blowing the grounds Maintains cleanliness of flower planters Empties retail flower garbage bins and wipes the bins down Garbage patrol/pick up in all retail areas including parking garages Removes cob webs Assists with snow removal tasks such as shoveling sidewalks, steps, and doorways as needed during winter months Performs other related duties as assigned Required Skills/Abilities: Ability to operate various types of power equipment including leaf blowers, and pressure washers Ability to follow instructions and stay on top of assigned tasks Excellent time management skills Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous experience preferred Can do attitude On-the-job training offered Physical Requirements: Prolonged periods walking, standing, bending, stretching, pushing, pulling, climbing ladders, or kneeling Must be physically able to operate power equipment Must be able to work in a variety of weather conditions All service personnel are required to have a personal set of general tools Be able to lift up to 80 pounds Be able to push/pull up to 200 pounds Have reliable transportation We offer competitive salaries, excellent benefits including medical, dental and vision, education reimbursement up to $2500 per year and a 30% discount at any Weidner Community in the area!
