A large South Salem property (roughly 120 units) is looking for a management/maintenance team for 80hrs a week (40hrs per). The total annual compensation is $89,664 per year (this include full monthly rent credit for 2bedroom apartment). This position also offers health/dental insurance. We are looking for a team with property management and maintenance experience. Some of the work these two positions include are: market upcoming vacancies, prepare unit(s) for turnover, overseeing vendor work, onboarding new residents, posting notices, knowledge of fair housing and landlord/tenant law, keep common areas clean, walking grounds daily/maintain good curb appeal, rent collection and processing, general maintenance as needed (changing light fixtures, installing appliances, toilet repairs, etc.).
