Description

Essential Duties • Assist Maintenance Supervisor in daily operating duties to help keep the Hotel in proper working order while constantly looking for areas of improvement and efficiency. • Perform preventative maintenance throughout the Hotel. • Help ensure the daily cleanliness and functionality of the Hotel including trash collection and light bulb replacement. • Troubleshoot facility issues and work collaboratively with the supervisor or other staff members to resolve immediate operational and/or safety concerns. • Perform light plumbing duties to keep the systems operational and in proper working order. • Complete requests in a timely manner with a positive attitude. • Other duties as assigned by management.
